Inspiron N4010, out of warranty, no OS disc?

I am having the same issues as a lot of other people on this forum. I am trying to restore my Dell Inspiron N4010 with Windows 7 Home edition back to factory settings. I have followed the directions on Dell's support page with no success. I press F8 upon startup to get to the Advanced Boot Options. I go through the steps to get to the screen where I can choose the option to restore to Factory Settings. My computer also does not give me that option. All of the other options that were on the image from an earlier poster are there. Someone suggested that this might mean my laptop might be corrupted and that I should obtain a reboot/restore/reinstall disk (whatever it is called). My laptop did not come with such a disk. It did, however, come with a green Drivers and Utilities disk. I went to the Dell support website to request a disk and discovered that because my laptop is out of warranty, as I purchased this 4 years ago, I will have to speak with a Technical Support person. I called them this morning and the only way they can help me is if I pay $200 for a year's worth of support or $130 for a one time use support. I do not want to pay for this, as there seems to be a solution I'm Supposed to have access to. Does anybody have Any other ideas on how to navigate to the Factory restore settings or how to obtain the correct disk from Dell?
