I am Italian but leaving in Germany. I bought the 7347 1 year ago and just recently I started working more often on this PC and noticing this problem..
I know that this is very common for this laptop but I get mad when Dell technicians are denying the evidence and trying to move the subject.
I bought a laptop, I added 3 years of extra warranty and their solution is to reinstall Windows 8?
I got the same problem with previous OS.
The Dell assistance is a *** and they will surely lose me as customer for any future laptop.
In the coming day a technician should come to replace the monitor (after 2 calls and almost 1 hour lost).
