XPS 9000 - Cloning an HDD to an SSD

Before anyone tells me to Google it: Yes, I know how to actually clone hard drives, but there's one detail I'm a little fuzzy on:

In Macrium Reflect, it allows you to realign the partitions to Windows 7 defaults (1 MB).  The hard drive that originally came with the XPS 9000 has 3 partitions: 1st) an OEM, 2nd) Recovery, and 3rd) OS Partition.

Macrium aligned the Recovery and OS Partitions to 1 MB boundaries, but not the OEM partition, which is the first partition on the hard drive.  Is it ok to realign the OEM partition to a 1 MB boundary as well?  Or will the BIOS not be able to boot Windows 7 correctly if the partition is realigned away from its default of 32,256 bytes?
