no Bluetooth

My question: Will I get Bluetooth back by following instructions given from dell using the created USB recovery image as described below?

My hardware: Inspiron 3555, Microsoft Windows 10 home (64), AMD A6 APU with AMD Radon R4 Graphics, 4 Cores

events:
I had to use windows reset from all settings/update & security/recovery/reset this PC, which kept my files intact, because my grandson had installed a program to use his Bluetooth ps4 game controller and it stopped other Bluetooth connections from working, even after uninstalling it. After resetting I had no Bluetooth in control panel at all, or in all settings. I downloaded from dell "9663HA00_W10x64ROW_home(DL)_v3.iso" and followed instructions to put it on USB drive, except when instructions said "right click .iso and select Mount, and Windows will open the contents of the image in File Explorer" I got message mount as virtual drive using cyberlink from dell, not just "mount". So I chose open with windows Explorer instead of mount. I Copied the contents of the image to my bootable USB device, by drag and drop, and waited for transfer to complete.
