I have an Inspiron 3847 Desktop and cannot get past the bootup process. Goes into the Startup Repair, but then can't fix it. I'm trying to reinstall Win8 and it starts the Installation but at the "Collecting Information" part of the Windows setup, I get a message that wants some Media Driver. Doesn't state which one. I've browsed through all the drives and it's not finding it. Any ideas what it's looking for?
