I've been trying to do a format/recovery on my Inspiron 15z ultrabook but every time I try and create the recovery 'disk' using Dell Backup and Recovery, whether it is on external drive, usb drive or cd, it crashes.
Does anyone know if there a website I can download it from or order cds or something??
