I have a Dell inspiron 17 5000 series laptop.
I installed a newly formatted 480G SSD Sandisk drive with windows 7 installed with all updates and drivers from dell.
Have to boot legacy bios, secure boot disabled. My windows 7 installation works perfectly, However When I go to do the windows 10 install,
I get to where its ready to boot to windows 10,, and its just an endless loop of trying to boot.
when I power down and restart I get the dreaded bluescreen error of
The Install failed in the Safe OS phase with an error during boot operation.

Now I've tried uninstalling Bluetooth drivers, network drivers Etc,
like others have tried but this isn't working for me.
any other advice please, Please,,, SOS HELP
I have contacted Microsoft and have had there peps do a LogMeIn and try to get it to install to no avail..
Now, I'm currently waiting 4 hrs for the to download a windows 7 recovery/ repair iso to my computer.
because my Orig windows 7 disc doesn't have sp1 I believe.. and their server is slow apparently,
