Windows 10 upgrade issue (Dell XPS) and Alienware Respawn Issue

Hi,

I have 2 little problems 

First on my Dell XPS i can't upgrade to windows 10 (i'm on w7) 

I have the small icon on the bottom right, but when i clic on it, a windows appears but nothing appears in the windows, it still white and a small blue ring is circling that's it, like a unlimited loading ...

Second i have an old Alienware with a lot of problem on it and i'd like to formate the all thing.

When i try to boot Alienware Respawn it doesn't work and when i try with the CD-ROM i have this error message : 0x2001100200000100C

Any idea how to solve these 2 problems ?
